A: Yes! We ship to all Australian states and territories via Australia Post. We also offer Free Shipping for orders $48 and over & Free Express Shipping for orders $120 and over.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–6 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is also available which can reduce the delivery time to 1-3 days.
Payment & Returns
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase will be required.
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we do not re-sell returned items. This ensures that every product you receive from Glow Daes Beauty is 100% new, authentic, and untouched, so you can shop with complete confidence.
