At Glow Daes Beauty, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. While we take hygiene and product safety seriously, we also know buying beauty online shouldn’t feel risky. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Change of mind
It's ok to change your mind about a purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase will be required.
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we do not re-sell returned items. This ensures that every product you receive from Glow Daes Beauty is 100% new, authentic, and untouched, so you can shop with complete confidence.
How to return
Simply email us at hello@glowdaesbeauty.com.au and we’ll guide you through the process. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
- If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — we’ll cover return shipping.
- If it’s a change of mind — you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know straight away. We’ll make it right with a refund, replacement, or repair — as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
Want something different? The quickest way is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
Your rights
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This means you’re always entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, unsafe, doesn’t match the description, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.
