At Glow Daes Beauty, we aim to get your favourite K-Beauty products to you quickly and safely - that is why we choose Australia Post as our shipping partner. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

All deliveries are handled by Australia Post, and delivery timeframes are in line with Australia Post’s published schedules, which can be found here - Australia Post Delivery Speeds and Coverage

Delivery Instructions

  • All parcels will be delivered as per Australia Post's Parcel Delivery guidelines and will NOT require a Signature on Delivery. If you would like a Signature on Delivery - please add comments during the checkout process and we can organise this for an additional fee. 
  • Glow Daes Beauty is not responsible for parcels once they have been delivered to the address provided.

Tracking Your Order

  • All parcels include a tracking number provided by Australia Post.
  • You can track your order directly through the Australia Post website or app.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • For lost or damaged parcels, please contact Australia Post in the first instance, quoting your tracking number.
  • If you require further assistance, please reach out to us at hello@glowdaesbeauty.com.au.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unopened
    • Sealed
    • In their original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
  • To request a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.
